As with all our caravans, they are never quite what we wanted and from driving out of the dealers full of excitement on collecting the new caravan to taking back to a dealer to collect the next one we have always been continuously making “improvements”.
When we bought our narrowboat we discovered that the letters BOAT did not mean a watercraft but in fact “Bring Out Another Thousand” as everything seemed to cost so much more than than materials for, say, a house.
When you buy a motorhome you realise how reasonably priced kit for boats is when compared to that for motorhomes.
After shelling out a shedload of our hard earned in buying it we have shelled out another small fortune on “go faster stripes”, I would describe a “”go faster stripe” as something we (or I) wanted that would probably, possibly or maybe make our motor-homing an easier or more pleasant experience.
