It may seem strange to overnight in a supermarket car park, but more and more in mainland Europe are happy for this to happen and will often provide facilities. This particular hypermarket provided black and grey water disposal, rubbish disposal, fresh water point and an EHU all were free. There was also a self service launder that we made use of at a total cost of €8 for a wash and dry.
I would imagine that many, like us, pick such a place because they need shopping and many, like us, end up spending lots.
