Our Motorhome Adventures – The Plough, Hailsham

A pleasant establishment in the village of Upper Dicker near Hailsham, I say establishment because it seemed like a huge multi-room restaurant with a bar rather than a pub with a restaurant.
The carpark had a slight slope to it but we found a reasonably flat bit and did not bother with levellers. The staff were friendly and helpful and the starter “Boxed Baked Garlic & Rosemary Camembert, Toasted Ciabatta, Cranberry Sauce – ideal for two” was excellent, the mains, scampi and chips for Sue and liver and bacon for me were, sadly, mediocre at best and a £72 bill means we will not be returning.
